Persons wishing to obtain a second higher education shall submit the following documents to the admission committee of the educational institution:

Application

Application addressed to the rector (director) of the educational institution

Diploma

State diploma of higher (secondary special, vocational) education (original) with supplement

Photographs

6 photographs, size 3.5 × 4.5 cm

Medical certificate

Medical certificate form № 086-U

Passport copy

Copy of passport and military service document

Original documents

Passport and military service document must be presented in person
