JizPI operates in accordance with the following documents:
JizPI is a legal entity. It has specific property under operational management and is liable for its obligations with that property.
May acquire property in its own name, exercise property and non-property rights, assume obligations, and act as plaintiff and defendant in court.
Implements basic and supplementary higher education programmes. Conducts teaching, pedagogical, scientific-methodological activities and educational services.
Has an independent balance sheet and bank accounts for settlements and foreign currency. Has full autonomy to fulfil its obligations.
Has an official seal bearing the State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its name, stamps and other necessary requisites.
A state higher education institution under the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialised Education, included in the ministry's organisational structure.
