Activities of Academic Councils of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute
The Institute Council meeting is held on the last Friday of each month during the academic year at 14:00 in the institute conference hall.
At Institute Council meetings, the head of the department for working with appeals reports on the implementation of presidential decrees, government orders, ministry resolutions, and Institute Council decisions.
Working group leaders and responsible persons must submit signed materials and draft decisions to the Academic Secretary at least 3 days before the Council meeting.
At Institute Council meetings, the director of the Information Resource Center informs about newly received literature.
