Mentor-Student School

System for training scientific personnel

The «Ustoz-Shogird» teacher development school provides young teachers with necessary support and hands-on practical assistance from experienced mentors in the workplace.

The new stage of reforms in our country's rapid development, the implementation of the «Action Strategy for Five Priority Directions for 2021-2026» requires renewal of Uzbek society, advancement, and active participation from everyone, especially the younger generation.

The success of modernizing education primarily depends on teachers, their qualifications and professionalism. A modern university needs a professionally knowledgeable, independently thinking teacher who is spiritually and technologically ready to implement humanistic values in life.

The «Ustoz-Shogird» school can provide young teachers with necessary support, teaching skills development and rapid practical assistance from experienced mentors in the workplace.

School objectives
Improving the professional level and qualifications of young teachers
Developing a positive attitude toward teaching among young specialists
Accelerating the achievement of expected results and adaptation in educational activities
Improving the quality of the educational process at the university
